Just as I predicted - that, like Churchill I would emerge from the wilderness at 65 to lead at a time of crisis- I have been asked to take leadership of the PCA. I plan to serve as Moderator, having been granted broad powers, until the crisis has passed. I plan to replace all my "ministers" i.e. the bureaucrats at headquarters in ATL. I have nothing to offer save blood, sweat, toil, and tears. All I ask is compliance with my wishes after reasonable discussion.

Gosh, your announcement is quite surprising. I know that you are highly qualified for the position and will give it your best efforts.
I did not know that"leader" was an office in Presbyterian church government.
Since when did toil join Blood, Sweat, and Tears? Not that it matters to me because I'm a jazz person.
